With over 17 years of experience in real estate, my very simple mission is to help my clients navigate the home-buying or selling process. “I am writing this letter to recommend Jamie Gaines as a real estate agent. I am a probate, trust and estate planning attorney in Richmond, California. I find Mr. Gaines to be a highly competent and congenial real estate agent who has assisted me and the administrator with a probate property transaction. I worked with Jamie Gaines on a recent probate sale that posed some challenges. The administrator of the estate initially hired a friend, who is also a realtor, to sell the estate property. However, after the property was listed, the administrator and the realtor friend began experiencing conflict with one another and the administrator decided to terminate the sales contract. This caused a delay in the process. When Mr. Gaines stepped in to provide his services, everything took a turn for the better. Within a matter of a few days the property was listed back on the market, and only five days later, we had multiple offers and went into escrow.
